We are sure you will be delighted with your natural rug purchase from Whitaker Rugs. If for any reason you are unhappy with your rug, simply return it to us in new condition within 14 days for a full refund of the price of the rug. We do not accept rugs that have been soiled, stained, torn, wrinkled or otherwise damaged. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. No refunds on custom rug sizes.In South Carolina Whitaker Rugs sell to the Trade Only.

Color Representations

Because computer monitors vary widely in their display of colors and graphics, products shown on our site may vary from actual colors. While this is unavoidable, we make every effort to ensure that our product photography is as accurate as possible. Please see our shopping cart page to order a 4"x4" sample. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.

Sample Request

We offer our customers sample swatches of our rug materials. For each 4"x4" rug sample, there is a $2 fee. Samples generally ship within 48 hours via first-class mail. Please go to the shopping cart or Rug section to order samples.
