Shipping Information

Whitaker Rugs ships most of our rugs via Federal Express Ground service. 10'x14' rugs and other oversized rugs are shipped via common freight carrier. Shipping costs vary and are based on weight. All shipping charges are shown separately and calculated into the total price listed on the order pages. Please contact us for exact pricing & information for express delivery and delivery of custom sized rugs. Additional charges may apply for certain destinations. Unfortunately, Whitaker Rugs is currently unable to ship outside the United States

Delivery

All of our rugs are custom bound so please allow two weeks to process your order. Upon order completion and shipping, you will be emailed a Fedex tracking number for delivery tracking via Fedex.com.
